      BayCare’s Report to the Community provides a general idea of what we are working on as a health system, along with stories of our impact on patients, team members and our community. You’ll see that as big as we are, with 15 hospitals and $ billion in operating revenue, we’re still a local, community-owned organization. The Community Health Report Card is the product of many community surveys and agency recordkeeping. The staff at the Sarpy/Cass Health Department finds value in all of this community health data. The Community Health Report Card is intended to briefly summarize the health status of our communities.

      Health Cards Effective January 2, the Health Card program has been replaced with the new Body Art Card and Food Handler Safety Training and Certification Program.
